Ordering a Gift

Can I order Online?
Yes! Our website is available 24/7 for your convenience. Payment will be processed through PayPal so you can be assured that your credit card information is secure and protected.

Can I order by telephone?
Absolutely! customer care specialists are available to take your order over the telephone Mon.-Friday, 8:30 to 6pm EST.

How will my gift be wrapped?
All gifts are beautifully wrapped either in tulle or clear cello, and embellished with decorative ribbon, bow and a gift card.

Can I include a Gift Message?
Of course! Just add your message during checkout and we'll add it to a gift card.

Will the gift recipient see the price?
No. A packing list will be included with order details but no price.

What payment methods are available?
We except all major credit cards, and Payment through PayPal accounts.

Do you charge sales tax
We do not charge sales tax unless the "ship to" address is in New York State.

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Non personalized gifts usually ship within 48 hours of receipt, not counting weekends. Personalized items require an additional day and Create Your Own custom made gifts will ship within 5 business days.

What are my shipping options?
We ship UPS Ground, and USPS Priority and Express.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free ground shipping to the lower 48 states on orders in excess of $99.00

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Sorry, but no.

Do you Ship to APO/FPO?
Yes, but delivery time may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Do you ship Internationally?
We ship to Canada. Orders for other international destinations must be called into customer service.

Can I combine multiple Items?
In some cases we will combine items to save you the cost of shipping multiple cartons. If that occurs, we will refund the difference.

Tracking Your Order

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been approved online.

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Can I change or cancel an order?
An order can be changed or cancelled provided that it has not already been shipped, custom made or personalized. To change or cancel an order, you must speak with a customer care representative to determine the status of that order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
To return or exchange an item you must first contact customer care within 14 days of receipt of merchandise to obtain a return authorization number. Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of the original ship date. The original shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible to pay return shipping charges. We will issue a credit or ship exchanged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of returned items. If merchandise is returned due to our error, we will issue a call tag, and replace the items at our expense.

Can personalized or custom made merchandise be returned?
Unfortunately, personalized or custom made merchandise is not returnable or refundable. The exception is if we made an error in personalization. In that case, we will redo the items and ship at our cost.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
No.

How do you handle shipping damage?
In the rare instance that a gift arrives damaged ( we pack very, very carefully) we will do everything possible to correct the situation. All damages must be reported to a customer care representative within 5 days of receipt. If it is a simple replacement of a component, we will reship the component at no cost. If the entire gift is damaged and unusable, we require that you email us a digital photo of the damaged item and the carton that it came in. We need that to help you make a claim with the carrier.
