Ordering
All orders can be placed accurately and securely on-line. Just make a selection and add it to the on-line shopping cart. You will be given the opportunity to review your order and make changes before your purchase is completed.
"Gifts To Go" are wrapped and ready to ship. Just select the one you want and proceed to check out. That's all there is to it.
"Customized Gifts" let you add to the gift you choose. This is a great feature when you want to make the gift you give even more special.
"Personalized Gifts" is always a thoughtful touch, especially for a baby. Just select the gift you want, provide the baby's name or monogram and we will personalize the item with beautiful, rich embroidery. Please note that in 3-character monograms, the last name will appear as the middle letter.
Need a special order? No problem. Just call customer service and we will be happy to help satisfy your needs.
All gifts are beautifully wrapped for maximum visual impact. A gift card with your words of congratulations will be included to top off the gift. Don't forget to fill-in your gift card inscription at check out.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. All transactions are processed on a secure server for your safety.
Sales Tax
Purchases are exempt from sales tax, except for those shipped within the state of New York.
Changes to Orders & Returns
Call customer service immediatley 1(877)804-9864 to change orders that have not been shipped. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days from receipt of goods with a valid return authorization. Sorry, returns are not allowed on personalized merchandise unless we made the mistake.
Shipping
All gifts ship within two business days from receipt of order, Saturday & Sunday excluded. Most gifts ship the same day if received before 10:00 AM EST.
Gifts are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery), USPS Next Day Express Mail, or UPS Ground Service (2-6 day delivery). Please note that some shipping rates have changed from those listed below. Check shopping cart for latest shipping rates.
